Photo taken in 1991 at CHMR-FM, a campus station at Memorial University. Russell Bowers, now the northern B.C. CBC Radio One morning show host, is the guy in the tie and moustache. Bill Gregory is the guy behind the mic.

CHMR is the call sign for Hamilton’s Mohawk College campus radio (closed circuit back in my day, broadcast today). Were there other campus radio stations with the call sign CHMR? Seems wrong, somehow, even if it was only CC…
