You can tell the difference between a CBC produced piece and an RCI produced piece because the quality of the latter is so much lower. I can't tell if the new VIVA service carries everything that the live feeds do, and it isn't made clear anywhere. I don't mind listening to the VIVA service, so long as I know I'm not missing out on anything. The only other problem is the lack of news, sport and weather as you get on the hour with the live feeds. RCI should have been shut down years ago. It's a dumping ground for CBC and Radio Canada rejects who can't fired because of seniority and union protection. What a waste of tax payers money.
