Expanded coverage of Toronto film fest
CBC.ca producer Greig Dymond just emailed to let me know that CBC Arts Online has just launched an expanded web site for the Toronto International FIlm Festival; the coverage includes a new daily TIFF podcast featuring CBC Arts Online writers Katrina Onstad and Rachel Giese.

While that will be interesting to take in, particuarly for those of us who have no hope of actually getting to the TIFF, I wonder if this means that CBC Arts Online will be getting further involved in other film festivals around the country. There are several very good ones, which I would like to see covered as well.
