Awesome tips! I wish I'd had this a month ago when my students were doing research for their term papers! I'll definitely be using it next term, though.

Hello Tod,

Thanks for the tips. I am definitely going to "feel lucky" more often now (I actually didn't know what that button mean before.

A geek question -- How do you do all the screen "movie" captures? I am hoping you are using a piece of free software on a mac. (smile)

By the way, great stuff but it is a bit too long for 8+ minutes. May be 4-5 minutes? Oh, and can we have a tip sheet of things covered in each episode?

Thanks,
Kempton

Love this Tod!
It harkens back to my schooling in "New Media" but it's nice to get the reminders.
Now I can't wait for the next tutorial.
I thought ten minutes was going to be drawn out, but it was over before I knew it.
I liked opening another tab/window and running through your video, with other search topics I've been working on, while listening to your voice. Equally as helpful, by the way.
Cha cha cha

Hey Tod,

Good stuff!
I look forward to the rest of the series.
Perhaps the next tutorial you do could be on the different ways of reading RSS feeds.
thx
