Hoseheads to return to CBC for one last beer

ImageThe hosers are back! CBC Television has bought the rights to a Bob and Doug McKenzie comedy special. It will be a one-hour show, tentatively scheduled for May 2007. It will mark the 24th anniversary of their cult-favourite film “Strange Brew.” It will include vintage clips and fresh interviews with other Brew stars.
But as for reprising the McKenzie Brothers, “It will probably be our last time to do this, too,” Thomas told the Toronto Sun.

Factoid: Demi Moore auditioned for a role on the original SCTV series, but was turned down. Now who are the hoseheads?

I think SCTV did pretty well without the acting stylings of Demi Moore. Although, I am not up on her comedic work. Does she do the voice of Marge Simpson?

    Dwight Williams says:

Sorry. Afraid not. That’s Julie Kavner.
