CBC Television’s The Hour has become the first television show to release its own video podcast. They release new videos every weekday, ranging in length from two- to 12-minutes.
If you want to subscribe in iTunes, click this link. (I’m not sure what the raw XML feed URL is.)
Incidentally, I’ll have some news about a possible expansion of CBC Radio podcasts in the coming weeks…

Fine. Whoopdedo.
I’ve been downloading the show for months.
(there’s something odd about a show that needs commercials to survive, yet I can see it any time I want without commercials by virtue of an internet connection - thanks CBC - how about the rest of your programs too! - it’s not as if it’s urgent that I see the live broadcast of an interview with Josh Groban)
But what content has the Hour come up with that would merit anyone wanting to carry it around on their iPod?
An in depth interview with Hulk Hogan’s daughter? Close-ups of Tony Bennett’s toupee?
