Cool idea. Is this contest still open?

Does it need to be national in scope or can it be regional? (Since it is the Internet, I suppose it is international, in a way.)

I have several stories about Canada's involvement in WW2
One of those stories is found on my website. I would be happy to have that story published. I have done much thinking about Canada, war and our role in peacemaking and understanding the impuse to fight.

I am not against war per se however I do think it is mostly a failure of imagination.

I would love to do photojournalistic work for the CBC and would be open to anything you would be interested in.

Hey sounds good but not sure of all the paperwork. If your looking for a poetic venture please contact the Canadian Poetry Association but first visit our website to see what we are about:

<a href="http://www.canadianpoetryassoc.com" rel="nofollow">PARTICIPOET</a>!

We will do everything we can to be of service.

This seems like an interesting idea but why the need for all those paperwork in such an early stage? Seems like a lot of work for potentially nothing.

I think I would give it a try last year when I was starting out with no readers. Since then I have got some readers and viewers of my online contents. And I am happy and contend that my musings will have an international media outlet in 2008. Not bad for someone who can say proudly, "I did it my way". (big smile)

So thanks but no thanks.

LiveJournal has its uses(and I should know as I use it myself), but it can't and shouldn't fill every need.

Was this not released in late November? If so, why did it take so long to appear here?
