In past decades Canadian Journalism had a fine reputation around the world. A reputation for truth and integrity. You can’t put a price tag on that. At least if your are a decent human being you can’t. There isn’t anything else much worth fighting for, is there? Because if you don’t have that, then doors can be closed and locked, and people can be tortured, or even tasored to death in a major international airport. And at that point, life isn’t really woth living, is it?
