The National on-demand
Did you know you can watch The National on-demand for free? Yep, just click here to watch (you need the free RealPlayer installed). (The link is at cbc.ca/national under “Watch The National Online”) I never catch it at night, so I usually watch in the morning while I’m doing my first sweep of email. (This has been around for a while now, but many people don’t know about it.)

This should really be a podcast… and what’s with the .ram format? Given the better and non-proprietary formats out there nobody should be using RealPlayer.
I agree with JP. Podcast good… RealPlayer bad.
Maybe it was my connection but sometimes the video would get all jumbled and the audio sounded like it was being broadcasted over a phone. I’m with JP and Gordon, make it a podcast. Global National has been doing this already for a few months now.
FYI: The latest edition of The National is released at 11:30pm every night.
