Sometimes, the ad-banner database has no heart.
CBC.ca’s banner ads are dropped on the page by a database, not a human. Sometimes, I think the computer should have been mandated to the internal Respect workshops.

That is kind of an unfortunate ad to have on that page.
One time I was reading an online article about saving endangered woodpeckers, and there was an ad on the page about how to keep woodpeckers away from your house…
It would have been really funny if the endangered woodpeckers article had carried an ad for Viagra.
