		<description>Well, at least the CBC employees are tamer than other people who just create problems with the moderators, which creates huge problems.  I remember a situation in which someone was changing some articles (mainly on the Russian military) and got into problems with the moderators.</description>

		<description>In the past, I&#039;ve seen the occasional polite request from Wiki moderators that CBC staff create their own accounts to make changes, specifically because of this issue. It&#039;s harder to have a discussion about a change or addition when you can&#039;t identify the author.</description>
